Legal conditions regulating the access, registration, and use of the BridgeOne SaaS platform.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION AND OBJECT
Ownership of the service
The BridgeOne portal (hereinafter, the "Platform") is a software-as-a-service owned by DIGITAL KORAL, S.L. (Tax ID/CIF B56815111, registered office at Carrer de La Flora Fou, 68, 08640 Olesa de Montserrat, Barcelona, Spain; trading as "BridgeOne"), legally operated in accordance with electronic commerce regulations in Spain. Acceptance of conditions
Accessing, registering, or using BridgeOne attributes the condition of User (whether as a company administrator or an employee) and implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision included in this technical-legal document.
2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT CONDITIONS
Account requirements
To use the time tracking, shift management, and employee portal tools, the contracting company must register a valid account providing true and updated data. It is the sole responsibility of the user to keep the access credentials confidential.
Correct use of the service
It is prohibited to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes against third parties, or in any way that could overload, damage, or destabilize BridgeOne's cloud server infrastructure.
3. SUBSCRIPTION MODEL AND PAYMENTS
Plans and billing
BridgeOne offers plans tailored to the organization's employee volume. The corresponding fees will be billed periodically (monthly or annually) based on the option selected by the client. Detailed rates are always publicly available in our pricing module.
Cancellation policy
The user can cancel or terminate their subscription at any time directly from the administration panel. The cancellation will stop the automatic renewal of the next billing period, keeping access available until the conclusion of the already paid cycle.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Software rights
All source code, platform architecture, user interface (UI) design, logos, trademarks, and BridgeOne technology are the exclusive intellectual property of DIGITAL KORAL, S.L., the service's original owner, protected by international laws.
License of use
Client companies are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software for the sole purpose of managing the human resources and time tracking of their internal staff.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Service availability
BridgeOne works under demanding technological standards to ensure maximum availability of the portal. However, we are not responsible for service interruptions caused by scheduled technical maintenance, external telecommunications network outages, or force majeure events.
Responsibility for content
The client company is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system (workday logs, shift patterns, employee clock-ins, etc.), exempting BridgeOne from any claim arising from misuse or manipulation of labor information.
6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Applicable law
For the resolution of all controversies or questions related to the BridgeOne portal or the activities developed within it, Spanish legislation will apply, to which the parties expressly submit.
Competent courts
The parties agree to expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submitting any legal dispute directly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Olesa de Montserrat (Barcelona), the legal domicile of DIGITAL KORAL, S.L.
